$188: Garden Tools – tools and fencing for 1 Village Health Worker; Rake, Spade, Pitchfork, Hoe, Sickle, Watering Can, Hose, Poles and chicken wire to keep out the goats.
$450: Christmas Party – party with sound system for dancing, a delicious meal and a small gift for 400 orphans & vulnerable children.
$750: First Aid Supplies – 1 year of first-aid supplies for a Drop-In Center where a nurse and home based carers treat Orphans & Vulnerable Children and People with AIDS.
$1500: Hand Pump – install a hand-pump to avoid women carrying water buckets on their heads.
$7500: Permaculture Trainer – Training of local trainers by Food and Trees for Africa in organic gardening with crop rotation, water harvesting & conservation, medicinal herb cultivation and mulching for 20 Village Health Workers and 2 schools.
